I had a throbbing tooth ache. It was a older root canal tooth. I couldn't wait to get in Murfreesboro in 2 weeks. I was in pain, even thou I was taking antibiotics and 800mg ibuprofen every 4 hrs.. So, I called Dr. Puckett office. They were super nice and luckily got me in that day. Unfortunately the tooth couldn't be saved, so they called my dentist and wasn't able to get a appointment in acceptable time frame to get the tooth pulled. Luckily, they understood I couldn't stand the pain even with taking antibiotics and 800mg ibuprofen every 4 hours. They decided to help me by pulling it for me. I can't say it was painless but with a infected tooth, it sometimes is hard to get totally numb. All I know is they got the job done in a timely matter and I don't hurt anymore! Super nice employees!!! I'll go back to have another old root canal fixed that wasn't hurting. They found this on my 3D imaging xray to have a leasion on the tooth root canal. Thanks!!! to all the staff!!!
