Dr. Cartor is full and unable to accept new patients at this time. I reached out to 15 different psychologists in the Knoxville area, but Dr. Cartor was the ONLY physician to reach back out to me to let me know personally that she was unable to accept new patients. Furthermore, she provided me with a recommendation for another practice that is actually closer to our home in Harriman. This is a sign of a truly compassionate doctor who isn't just in it for the money like the other psychologists who would not even respond to my inquiry.
