This was my first experience being in therapy and I was very uncomfortable at the onset. Joyce was kind, welcoming and so compassionate and my worries dissipated within the first 10 minutes of the first session. I highly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I have learned so much about myself over the past year working with her and feel prepared to manage my anxiety much better.
