I have been seeing Dr. Ahrens for years and have greatly benefited from her care. She has helped teach me coping skills for my mental health issues, and she taught me better ways to navigate my personal relationships while struggling with said issues. If you want a talk therapist who encourages you to look after your own patterns of behavior, breaks down big concepts, and listens openly, then I cannot recommend Dr. Ahrens enough.
