I had horrible back and hip pain after going hiking and contacted Julia who came to my house the very next day! She assessed me and had me doing specific movements that immediately gave me relief. I followed her instructions and did these twice a day and my back and hip are so much better. She is now giving me preventative movements to keep from happening and it truly works! She is amazing and explains things so well! I trust her implicitly! She was recommended to me and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone!
