Every time I have an emergency or need myself or children in soon, they always make time for me within the hour I call to come in and been seen. Their receptionists are wonderful and the nurses are great too. But Julia Knapp is just absolutely amazing. Not only does she have the time to tell me what's wrong but she also explains it in terms I can understand. So many doctors and nurses practitioners just say here's your meds you got this.
