She explained my options and possible risks so I could make an informed decision, and answered my questions thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed - or that she was rushed. When it came time to get an injection, she was patient while I had some stress about the needle, and even brought in a co-worker to distract me while she administered it. Top notch care!
