I had a telemedicine appointment today with Julianne. I have been experiencing cold (COVID) like symptoms for almost a week now. I got a negative COVID, and being pregnant I am very concerned about the fever I am running and my OB was not helpful at all. Julianne noticed quickly my physical appearance, and began asking me questions about my symptoms. And while she could not provide direct help for me as she wished for me to be seen in person she provided a caring environment and the guidance I was searching for. She could not have been more kind to me in my situation when I felt so hopeless
