Absolutely amazing person. We have been searching all over trying to find someone to help our 85 yr old father with his hearing aids to no avail. Every person we saw said that he could not be helped and that it was his fault that he was struggling with his hearing because he wasn't "trying hard enough". As if! She was incredibly kind and patient with him, treated all of us as if we were family, and helped him to understand what was going on! He now has finally found the help that he needed! Ty!
