Very knowledgeable and great at communicating the core problem. My daughter can be a little shy which can make some pediatricians stand offish. Julie handled it so well!! My daughter was in such a good mood when we left even though she had an ear infection. Julie also explained by drawing the difference between adult ear infections and children ear infections. She didn't have to give the extra explanation but I'm very thankful she did now it makes more sense. She walked in knowing her previous ER visit, not something other doctors have done. Very impressed and will be looking forward to her next visit.
