She has a remarkable ability to validate my feelings while gently guiding me towards more positive thought patterns and coping mechanisms. The most valuable aspects of our sessions is her proactive stance--actively engage in developing strategies tailored to my specific needs. This approach has empowered me to take charge of my mental health outside of therapy sessions. The integration of DBT and CBT techniques has been particularly helpful.
