Dr. Julie Linn-Rorrer was exceptionally professional, communicative in answering completely all of my questions, in addressing my concerns, and administering the audio test on behalf of the Veterans Administration. And before the audio exam, Dr. Linn-Rorrer found a large amount of wax build up in both of my ears. She cheerfully and painlessly removed the wax from both ears and we moved on with the audio testing. No rush, ; she was completely focused on the patient. She is a 12 on a 10 scale.
