Dr. Ruzycki works hard with us. She has been giving us alternative ways to resolve issues, communicate with each other, and to be effective listeners. She does not take sides, but will call out one of us when something is said or done inappropriately. She will then make us"redo" that sentence or response over in a positive way. I have recommended her to a friend.
