I was nervous about starting therapy because I didn’t think I would feel comfortable spilling everything to a stranger, but Dr. Lampert made me feel extremely comfortable from the first session. Not only were the sessions helpful and informative, they were also enjoyable. He has a great sense of humor which makes coming to therapy fun and is very empathetic and makes you feel heard. I felt extremely comfortable with him and always looked forward to my next session with him. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a therapist who genuinely cares, makes you feel heard, makes you feel comfortable, and makes the sessions feel like casual conversation rather than intimidating questioning.
