Justine is a healer. She knows active isolation stretch in the Aaron Mattes method. She has helped me overcome chronic back issues and now has helped me with a stiff neck. She is accomodating and extremely pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend her as I have been to several stretch "experts" before, but she is the real deal.
