I was having horrible pain in one of my eyes and went to multiple optometrist to see if I could find a solution. I was given a reason for the cause of the pain however, with the recommended plan of care-- I was still feeling severe pain. It was not until I had an emergency appt, with Dr. Chan, that I finally found a working solution. Dr. Chan is so personable, detail oriented, and shows genuine concern for her patients. Dr. Chan was THE ONLY doctor to EXPLAIN to me WHY the pain kept reoccurring. Dr. Chan's plan of care helped tremendously, and I am so grateful to have her as a doctor.
