Dr. Rippy was very professional and personable throughout my fitting for hearing aids. She answered all my questions and made adjustments on my follow-up visit that optimized my hearing experience. She even took the time to walk me through the problems that I had with the app and my new phone. I would highly recommend Dr. Rippy if you are considering purchasing hearing aids. I can't imagine purchasing them over the counter and trying to do all she did on your own with a computer program.
