I was referred to Dr Komarraju by my urologist for pelvic floor PT for bladder spasms and incontinence after having 2 kids. She took the time to really explain to me out the pelvic floor worked and how stress and tension can also affect the pelvic floor. Along with daily exercises she also showed me breathing techniques to help me stay calm on those overly stressful days. She has been a wonderful therapist and I highly recommend her.
