I've been under Dr. Budd's care for years now, and I'd follow her anywhere. She gives the most through eye exam I've ever had, recognized minor issues other doctors have missed, referred me out to a retinal specialist when necessary, and remembers every little detail we've ever discussed, despite seeing me only once a year. She handles me paying cash, which is less expensive than paying for eye insurance. I can tell she cares a great deal about all her patients.
