Karen is exactly what I was looking for in a Health Care Practitioner. She listened carefully to what my concerns were. She is a great strategist. She took me through the recommended next steps [test, assessments etc.] at a pace that was best for me. I also really like her support staff, Crystal and Alicia. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. The esprit de corps of the office is excellent as well, which is a tribute to management and the overseeing physicians. [For the record, I am a tad picky....]
