I visited Columbia Physical Therapy in Valatie on a neighbors recommendation and also because the PT Office close to me was impossible to get into when I needed it. I had two bulging lumbar discs pinching the roots of a nerve with excruciating pain from my lower back to my left knee. After being "laid up" for two and a half months, I finally was able to get the pain to subside after having an epidural. I then started PT and from start to finish, 18 visits I believe, my range of motion was drastically improved. For the most part Karen worked with me and taught me how to do the exercise the correct way. I continue to do them twice a day and feel so much better doing them. Thank you Karen.
