Thorough and, after receiving an incorrect eye prescription elsewhere, confirmed that my eyesight was virtually unchanged. She was conversational and explained everything she was doing. Not a great selection of frames for my tastes but I'm quirky and LG isn't the biggest market for quirky probably.
