Dr. Palmer is truly a gifted therapist. At first I was skeptical, because she seems very ethereal but my husband and I were blown away. She gets right to the heart of the matter fairly quickly, and gives concrete tools to improve your marriage (or individual situation). Best marriage therapist we've ever had but she's already pretty booked. We guard our bi-monthly time slot!
