I have struggled with problems and have gone through counseling since I was about 8 years old and I'm now 33. Karen Perlmutter was one of the only therapists who I was able to talk to so freely about trauma and family problems with drug abuse, which later led to my own and I had lost everyone I loved nearly. She was always genuine and used the latest techniques that truly work. I miss her even now and she has touched my life and I will never forget her. She handles all w/ ease and familaiarity
