I was a patient of Ms. Pietras in TRF,MN for many years, she was a wonderful counselor and I was a very stable outpatient under her care;I highly encourage other persons that may need counseling for their mental health issues to obtain services from her; myself I have moved from the TRF area and cannot possibly see her now; I decided in TRF the ( used to be inviting) downtown shopping area itself closed many businesses so I have been moving to look for a more thriving city or town .
