I have been dealing with some depression and self esteem issues that are related to not having the support that I truly need from my circle of friends and family. I was beginning to feel like I didn't have anything going for me and let me tell you. Karen Powell changed my whole outlook on things for the better and for the first time In a long time I felt like I was worth something. She called me out of the blue to check on me as new patient and I couldn't have thought someone could have done so much just by picking up the phone out of her busy schedule and I am so grateful for that conversation more than she could ever imagine. Sometimes we all go through rough times but when you dont have anyone to lean on it can make your situation thatmuch worse, especially when your inner circle neglects to try and understand what they seem have unrealistic expectations. We talked for about 20 min. She listened intuitively and didnt judge me but tried to see my perspective. She is a blessing
