Karen is amazing! I am so grateful to have her help me navigate through a challenging year. I found her to be very caring, objective, and kind to work with. I found her approach combined with cognitive behavioral therapy + EMDR very beneficial. Her loving guidance helped transform past hurts into profound healing, allowing me to trust my intuition more and be more responsive vs reactive. Additionally, the virtual appointments made it very convenient to attend the sessions from the privacy and comfort of my home. Karen is a true gem! I highly recommend her.
