Karen was absolutely amazing, and she’s great at what she does. She made me so comfortable, and I truly felt at ease with her. She explained everything very well. She’s the best you can get when it comes to finding a trauma focused therapist, and she also knows ALOT about ADHD as well. It’s been a while since I’ve seen her, and unfortunately my insurance is no longer compatible with seeing her plus I live far away, but I’d certainly recommend her to people. I reach out to her every 6-12 months to give her small life updates or recently to ask for suggestions for therapists, and she’s super pleasant and great still. If you’re considering seeing her, and she has a spot open, give her a try.
