Two things I thought I would NEVER do, seek grief counseling and see a counselor just to see one. Best decision I ever made was to reach out to Karen after the death of my wife about 2.5 years ago. After two months of not getting close to getting better after she passed, I asked for help. Karen helped me overcome my grief and to understand it. After I started to see some light again, I decided to work on myself and to be more like my wife, so her death wouldn't be in vain as I wanted to learn from the worst period in my life. So I have continued to see Karen in order to work out issues on the surface and hidden deep down. Whatever your reason is to seek help from a therapist, Karen is wonderful and completely nonjudgmental. She won't 'fix' you in 2 or 3 sessions, but over time, you will see how good she is.
