Karen worked well with me to achieve my desired goals. She's empathic, trustworthy and created an atmosphere of warmth and support, conducive to the healing process for a PTSD survivor. Unlike experiences with prior therapists, Karen did not push her own ideas or agenda. She actively engaged in the problem solving process and demonstrated a keen level of intuitive skills when exploring viable options without taking over the session. Overall it was a positive experience. Goals Achieved !!
