I started seeing Karena in 2015 when I was searching for a therapist for my daughter. My daughter had several sessions with Karena and it was determined that my daughter was not really in need of therapy yet. I really connected with Karena and we decided to have Karena be my therapist as I was dealing with the absence of my child’s father among other things such as trying to heal my inner child and traumas so I could be a better parent. I had tried finding a therapist in the year 2000 when I was 18 years old, and I was never able to find a therapist that I truly connected with or felt comfortable with until I met Karena. She has helped me through so much over the years. I can’t even begin to tell you. I always say that if I were to get married, I want this woman at my wedding because she has ultimately changed my life and I am forever grateful for her. I still see her occasionally but she has shown me so many tools to get through rough patches. I cannot recommend her enough.
