!!!!! ***** !!!!! Dr Siffin was one of the helpers during my wellness stay at Brook Glenn Hospital earlier this year. The CBT tools that Dr Siffin provided to us was life changing. We learned how to switch our thinking quickly to create positive feelings-resulting in better behaviors. I practice these tools on a regular basis and will continue to do. Thank you for taking us outside! I will continue to chase the light thank you
