Karuna helped me get through an extremely difficult time of intense physical and mental illness in my life. She helped keep me grounded and putting one foot in front of the other, when at times it was difficult for me to even do basic household chores. She helped me ground my mind through awareness and presence with my body. I have been seeing Karuna regularly for several years, and my medical condition has much improved, helped in part by her kind therapy.
