I have been going to Kate over 20 years. She has helped turn me from a control freak who was always late into someone who is flexible and almost always on time. Married to an alcoholic with a daughter who was on drugs, skipping school and got pregnant at 17. She was on self-destruct until she got pregnant. My life was spinning out of control. I started seeing Kate twice a week, now I check-in once. a month. My life is still in chaos, but she has helped me realize I can't control anyone but myself. She offers advice on all aspects of my life and behavior. I was in a really good place until I lost my Dad in 2014, Mom in 2016, husband in 2017 and lost a job that I loved in 2018. Kate helped see me through all the stages of grief. Then, last year, in 2023, my brother died. I was very close to him and it hit me really hard. Again, Kate to the rescue. I'll never be drama free but Kate with her sense of humor, has guided me through all the crisis. I love her insight and wisdom.
