Every experience at Therapydia with Kate and Cheryl is absolutely perfect! Warm, friendly, kind, sincere, compassionate! I'm getting exactly what I was looking for when I started! I've needed guidance and support in stretching and strengthening my lower back(due to numerous surgeries) and I've gotten exactly that! I'm learning the feel-good stretches and not so exciting strengthening exercises :) in a manner and at a pace that is workable and motivating. I could not be happier; so blessed!
