I went to a Ballard Urgent care and was seen by Ms. Echevarria. I was impressed at the time she took to explain things to me, she was very thorough and patient with me. I was pretty upset and confused about a health issue that was not going away, and she took the time to educate me and advise me on how to proceed with further specialists to investigate the issue. She also provided treatment for the issue. I'm a bit surprised at the one star review because she was very respectful, competent and caring.
