Her exam was straight forward, and left me feeling good. She was confident and professional. The process left me thinking she knew her stuff.The proof is in the pudding. I waited several weeks to place this review. Start to finish, I am sure about this fact: I have never been more satisfied and pleased! Dr Gumm suggested two separate RXs. One for reading and computer work plus a second pair for driving. I wear my specs lower on my nose than most. That requires the focal point to be lower than most other patients. Her assistant , a very knowledgeable lady who fitted me actually listened. Over the years, invariably the first Rx had to be sent back because ...whatever that little grease pencil dot means or is that they put on the lens during the fitting has to be lower for me. I tell them about it and get that 'knowing smile' and nod : You know. The one that means they knew better. So, over a month has passed. I know both sets of glasses are the BEST EVER!!
