She has a special way of helping one see the truth clearly and helped me cope with the reality of these truths and tools to manage them in a healthy way. I was so depressed and hopeless before I started working with Katherine. I was in a very dark and lonely place and without her, Im not sure where I would be right now! I actually learned how to love myself on top of so many things. I now have confidence in myself like never before and so much hope as well as freedom from my past.
