I’ve been working with Katherine for almost 3 years. She has literally saved my life. She is always calm and lets me talk and listens attentively and takes notes. She remembers names of people and dates and events so well that you know she is listening. I cannot recommend her enough. Her advice is clear and calm. I never feel judged. She is funny and willing to get down in the trenches with you (so to speak). She is also great about fitting me in when I have an emergency need. She is truly, truly wonderful.
