Ms. Kolbe is an exceptional, trustworthy, and compassionate psychotherapist and is deeply respectful, collaborative, and supports resilience, balance, and well-being of body, heart, mind, and spirit. She is evenhanded, nonjudgmental, and combines elements of psychoeducational and corrective-emotional-experience stances. She works collaboratively with the broken self/selves to unify wholeness by integrating mindfulness and modern psychodynamic understandings in her many years of expertise in abuse and trauma.
