I complimented Kathleen McDaniel during my time with her that she was very good at her job. She was very clear and concise with what was happening with my fingers. She answered all of my questions and gave me options after going through the X-rays and explaining the stage of my arthritis. I appreciated the "here's the problem, let's talk solutions" conversation.
