Dr. Nash made learning about nutrition so interesting, and made it so easy to understand. She has been the first doctor that I have ever had that truly “gets” me and understands what is causing me to not loose weight. Her help and expertise has been life changing for me! I stumbled upon Dr. Nash online looking for what I could possibly do to help my fatty liver. At the age of 39 and finding out I was pre-diabetic and had fatty liver disease, it was a scary time. I’m so beyond grateful that my mom stumbled upon her videos on YouTube. She has helped me understand why I have struggled for so much of my life with loosing weight and she has helped me through the process of making this a lifelong committed change. I am happy to say that I’m getting healthier, have already lost 14.5lbs in 2-4 weeks and am excited to continue the process with her and her team. For anyone looking to get help with diabetes, fatty liver disease, metabolic issues, or the like she is definitely 100 percentworth it!
