As a first-time mom, an unmedicated vaginal birth was my goal and Kathy was able to help me achieve that. I came across Kathy's name via a Google search, in Facebook groups and from doulas at the Orchid's Nest. After less than 24 hours of reaching out to her via email she personally called me at 7:30 p.m. one evening, answered my series of questions and scheduled me for a consultation that same week. In meeting her, I was put at ease and felt confident and safe. Kathy is genuinely passionate about her work. She is very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, respectful and treats you like family. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients and aims to give ample time during each visit. She has privileges at four area hospitals and is always available to answer questions and concerns. I'll be forever grateful for Kathy's support, coaching and for helping me deliver my baby girl safely, calmly and securely. I'd recommend Kathy in a heartbeat.
