Dr. McFadden, in addition to being an incredible, compassionate, non-judgemental counselor, is also a no-nonsense professional who helps you get to the heart of important matters. Her prior experience in the medical field also makes her uniquely qualified to assist with the depression and despair that often comes along with chronic illness, long recoveries after surgery, chronic pain, and other physiological things that might seem "TMI" for a counselor/therapist with a non-medical background.
