I have been seeing Dr. Shafer for several years now, dealing with a number of issues. I have found her approach to be effective and our results have been successful and life changing. I believe her to be a genuinely caring therapist who is highly educated and experienced. I have recommended her to others who have had the same positive opinion of her practice. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their lives.
