I was on the hunt for a women's health/pelvic floor physical therapist that understood my love for lifting, and that's exactly what I found in Katie Swore. After just a few months of working with Katie I was MUCH better able to recruit muscles that I couldn't even find before. I saw improvements in how my body felt as well as my fitness performance.
