1000 Characters is no where near enough to describe how amazing Kate is or how grateful and lucky I am to work with her. Kate is trauma informed and during our sessions I've always felt safe, validated, heard, seen and whenever challenged Kate has done so gently and non-judgmentally. Kate is a one of a kind, intelligent, compassionate, funny, perceptive, empathetic therapist who I feel is present in the room and who creates space for all feelings and thoughts. She is warm, caring and has a smile that brightens up the room. In addition Kate goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm comfortable and feel at home in her office.I've been working with Kate for nearly two years and if you're looking for a wonderful therapist look no further and book your appointment with Kate today!
