I have worked with two other therapists in the past, but Dr. Kay is by far the best of the three. I have been seeing her for a little over two years, and the progress I have made is phenomenal. She has an incredible ability to discern things about me that no one else has, helping me understand how past experiences have shaped me in ways I never realized. Dr. Kay truly listens, supports, and offers insights that have changed my life. One of the most invaluable aspects of our work together has been EMDR therapy. This technique has helped me reframe negative thoughts and silence the background chatter that I have struggled with for years. The impact has been life-changing, and I am eager to see how much more progress I will make under her guidance.
