I went to her for about a year and she got me through the darkest time in my life. I was newly sober and the most lost and depressed I had ever been. I was also going through the grief of my boyfriends suicide. I could barely function but she kept me going. Therapy has been a vital piece in my recovery, along with a support group, and many other things. I will always be grateful to her.
