Kayla is an amazing Therapist. Her ability to help me understand why certian things are happening and how to approach finding a way to move through it to my goals is worth gold. She is non judgemental and she is trustworthy. She pays attention to what your saying and what your not saying. She has suggestions to try and does not pressure you to move on until you are ready. BEST Therapist EVER!
